From 208 North (on the road 208Southbound):
 
 Exit Utter Avenue and then turn left on 11th Avenue
 stay on 11th Avenue until Parker Avenue where you turn left
 and within a block is Lincoln Avenue where you turn
 right. Proceed on Lincoln for about a half a mile and turn
 right on Kingston where we are on the corner.

 
From 208 South (on 208 Northbound road):   
 
 Use the Exit named Lincoln Ave.(Ridgewood) and proceed
  to Lincoln Avenue where you will then turn right. 
 Then go about one-half a mile to Kingston Avenue where you turn
 right and the doctor's office is on that corner. Turn left into the
 parking lot. The A&P store is across the street.


From Route 80 and Garden State Parkway North :   
  Exit at Route 20 North (156 on Parkway)  and go all the way
  to the end and bear to the left (1st Avenue) then stay to the 
  right over the Lincoln Avenue Bridge. Stay on Lincoln Ave and
  then turn left on Kingston. We are on that corner.


From Route 287 :      
 Take 287 to 208 S (follow directions above from
 208 North).
